Researcher Agreement

This Researcher Agreement is between you and Wicked Amino Research Co. ("Wicked Amino," "we," "us," or "our"), a small family-owned business based in Weiser, Idaho. You accept it when you enter wickedresearch.com, create an account, or place an order. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By entering the Site or purchasing, you confirm that:
- You are a qualified researcher. You are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research, either on your own behalf or on behalf of an institution or organization you are authorized to represent.
- Laboratory research only. You will use products only for in-vitro or laboratory research.
- Not for human or veterinary use. You will not use, give, sell, or market any product for consumption or use by humans or animals.
- Not consumer products. You understand that our products are not medicines, drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetic products.
- No disease claims. You understand that our products have not been approved by the FDA or any other authority to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and that we make no health claims and give no dosing or usage advice.
- You are at least 21 years old.
- Lawful handling. You are solely responsible for the lawful purchase, storage, handling, use, and disposal of all products, under all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and you will follow appropriate laboratory safety practices.
- No resale for human or animal use. You will not resell, relabel, or redistribute products for any purpose that conflicts with this Agreement.
- Documentation is lot-specific. Certificates of Analysis and reported test results apply only to the specific strength and lot shown, not to other variants or batches.
Our rights
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, and suspend or close any account, if we reasonably believe this Agreement has been or will be broken. We may ask for information to confirm your age or research purpose.
Responsibility
You accept full responsibility for any use or misuse of products after delivery. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wicked Amino and its owners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of any product.
Research Partners
Our Research Partner Program is covered by a separate Research Partner agreement.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
