These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of wickedresearch.com (the "Site") and to every order placed with Wicked Amino Research Co. ("Wicked Amino," "we," "us," or "our"), a small family-owned business based in Weiser, Idaho. By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Researcher Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Research use only

All products sold by Wicked Amino are intended for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and they are not for human consumption. Our products are not drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We do not provide dosing, usage, or health information of any kind, and nothing on the Site should be read as a health or medical claim. We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe a product is intended for a use other than lawful laboratory research.

2. Eligibility: 21 and older

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Site, create an account, or buy from us. By using the Site you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you are a qualified researcher purchasing for lawful research purposes. We may ask for proof of age or other information, and we may close accounts or cancel orders that do not meet these requirements.

3. Your responsibility for lawful use

You are solely responsible for making sure that your purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use of our products comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to you. You agree to handle products only in an appropriate research setting by trained individuals, and not to resell, relabel, or redistribute products for human or animal use. You accept full responsibility for any use or misuse of products after delivery.

4. Accounts

You agree to give accurate information when you create an account (including your name, email address, and date of birth) and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please contact us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

5. Orders, pricing, and availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is accepted. Product descriptions, lot numbers, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) apply only to the specific strength and lot shown. If we cannot fill an order, or if a listing contains an error, we may cancel the order and will let you know.

6. Payment

We do not collect card details on the Site. After you place an order, we email you a secure payment link from our third-party payment processor, which handles card payments, Apple Pay, and Klarna. We may also offer other payment options, such as Cash App or Bitcoin, with instructions sent by email. Your order is held until payment is received. If payment is not completed within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order.

7. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we will reship it free of charge. Please reach out promptly and include your order number, plus photos for damaged items.

8. Research Partner Program

Participation in our Research Partner Program is governed by a separate Research Partner agreement. That agreement is presented when you apply and controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

9. Site content

All content on the Site, including our name, logo, product images, and text, belongs to Wicked Amino or its licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

Products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than what is expressly stated in these Terms. Testing information applies only to the documented strength and lot.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wicked Amino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wicked Amino and its owners from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
